Latin Chicken Chain Opens New Restaurant in Central Islip

(DALLAS, Texas) March 27, 2014 - Pollo Campero, the Latin restaurant leader beloved worldwide for its signature flavors, today announced the opening of its newest restaurant coming to New York on March 27, 2014. Located at 160 Wheeler Road in Central Islip, N.Y., the new restaurant will create an estimated 25 jobs for the community.

The new restaurant in Central Islip will be the fifth Pollo Campero restaurant in New York. The restaurants hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Pollo Campero is known worldwide for its unique Latin flavors and hand prepared fried and grilled chicken, made exactly the same way as when its first location opened in 1971 in Guatemala.
