Campero is a family fast-casual restaurant chain, representing a new option to compete successfully in any market worldwide.

Operations of Campero restaurants are medium to long term. We are searching for investors with a broad experience in business, preferably, focusing in the mass-market segments. Their entrepreneurial abilities should be supported by previous successful experiences and must have sufficient financial backing for promoting the development of this new venture.

FRANCHISE INFORMATION

A Campero franchise is a mutually beneficial and contractual relationship in which a proven system is shared in exchange of an initial fee and subsequent royalty payments. The franchisee benefits from using a well-known and successful brand, administrative systems, support in the strategic planning, site selection and development, operations manuals, training programs, marketing and advertising among many other services that assist franchisees to achieve success in their business.

The Campero franchise provides a wide range of advantages, besides its fame and recognition of great food. Our goal is to assist our franchisees operate successful and profitable Campero restaurants. Visits from members of our operations are periodically made to franchisees to evaluate their business progress, providing assistance in problem solving, operational improvement and new product introduction. Marketing strategies will be evaluated to ensure that transactional and sales activities have a positive effect on the revenues return. These evaluations also serve a kind of diagnosis that allows determining future consumer behavior, resulting in actions that are more effective. Through these visits, we provide our franchisees a series of advantages that no independent business can provide. BECOMING A FRANCHISE PARTNER

Thank you for your interest in franchise opportunities with Pollo Campero. As you know, Pollo Campero continues to serve the same famous, fresh, hot chicken with our famous Latin flavoring that was created at the first restaurant when it opened in Guatemala in 1971. And because our customers demand more of this unique one-of-a-kind taste, Pollo Campero has grown to over 290 corporate and franchised restaurants around the globe and continues to grow in the US with the help of qualified, experienced franchisees.

Since our first store opened here in the US five years ago, we have grown to 40 open restaurants around the country, with over 100 in development. Our average unit volume for all of these restaurants is just over $1.8 million. We are currently looking for qualified franchisees that want to continue this success.

The requirements for development are two-fold. First, you must meet the financial requirements of $500,000 liquidity and $1 million net worth. Second, you or someone affiliated with your franchise group must have multiple-unit, quick-serve restaurant management experience. These requirements are for the 3-unit minimum development. The franchisee fee for each unit is $40,000.
