DALLAS, March 3, 2016 – Pollo Campero, home of Authentic Latin Chicken, today announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Virginia. The restaurant, located at 6314 Springfield Plaza, Suite 10 in Springfield, is scheduled to open its doors on March 10, 2016 and is set to delight customers with its unique Latin flavors, exciting new restaurant design and outstanding service.
The new Springfield restaurant will be the seventh Pollo Campero in Virginia and the second Campero franchise owned by Latin Flavor Corporation. Latin Flavor opened its first Pollo Campero in Manassas, Virginia in 2011 and is now eager to expand.
“We are excited to be part of Pollo Campero’s continued growth throughout Virginia,” said Jose Adrian, Director of Operations for Latin Flavor Corporation. “We couldn’t be happier to be giving families in Springfield a true taste of Latin America.”
Pollo Campero Springfield will feature the restaurant chain’s new global brand image and world-famous Latin menu. At the heart of that menu: Pollo Campero’s Authentic Latin Chicken, made with Campero’s proprietary blend of Latin herbs and spices. Fried or grilled? Pollo Campero guests don’t have to choose. Chicken lovers can have the best of both worlds with Campero’s traditional fried and Citrus Peruvian grilled chicken. Both are complimented perfectly by Campero’s wide array of Latin side dishes, which include everything from Campero rice and beans, to Latin favorites, such as empanadas, plantains and yuca fries.
“When it comes to flavor, there’s nothing else out there like it,” said Adrian. “When our guests come in, they know this is different from fast food. For many, it’s like finding a piece of home.”
Pollo Campero in Springfield will be open for service from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
