Although we are proud of our core menu, we know that our customers may look to try something new and different. For this reason, we are always testing new products in our pilot kitchens and restaurants. New dishes that gain our customers approval and preference are added to our favorite menu in all our restaurants.

Conscious of new trends in other markets always on the lookout for new preparation processes, Campero also offers Rotisserie chicken - marinated with special seasonings and a secret formula, and than baked in rotisserie ovens, resulting in chicken with excellent flavor, texture, and juiciness.

To give our customers even more reasons to come back to Campero, we have added to our menu with a wide variety of chicken dishes that have become popular. Among them, our Medallones, Pechuguitas (strips made from 100% chicken breast), Camperitos (chunks made from 100% chicken breast), and Chicken Wings in barbecue or hot sauce.

To accompany these delicious products, we have developed a special line of Campero sauces and dressings: Tomato, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Barbecue, Sweet & Sour, and Ranch.

Sides at Campero have been an essential ingredient to our menus. We choose and develop products that are excellent in quality, in certain cases "tropicalized" to suit specific taste requirements of local markets, offering the perfect balance for the menu selected.

In this category of products, Campero's French fries, made from Russet potatoes, which make an outstanding ingredient. Known for their superior quality, and making Campero's fries uniform in size, golden, light of excellent taste and texture, as well as providing maximum yield.

Our traditional coleslaw salad has been a faithful companion to Campero's platters since we opened for the very first time. We also offer mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, for our Rotisserie chicken menus. Smooth, with a touch of butter, and seasoned with a variety of species our customers love!

In markets where we offer our rice with chicken, Campero's secret formula has won the hearts of many.

For those who eat in a hurry or simply love sandwiches, Campero pampers their hearts´ desire offering customers our delicious Campero Chicken Burger and a diverse line of Chicken Sandwiches. The latter made form marinated chicken breasts, breaded and fried or grilled and seasoned with our special dressings and sauces.

At Campero, we also offer salads. Our Chef Salad is made with nutritious and fresh vegetable. Our chicken salad offers chunks of marinated chicken breast, prepared over a bed of romaine lettuce, and accompanied with tomatoes, carrots, onion, cucumber and Cheddar cheese. The dressings at Campero are famous: Ranch, Thousand Islands and Italian. A perfect combination!
